Partner Search: Erasmus+ KA2 - Capacity of European higher education institutions to implement a knowledge triangle

Partner search under the Erasmus+ programme

Thomas More, the largest university college in Flanders, Belgium, is looking for partners in order to submit a project proposal under the Erasmus+ programme, within the action “Strategic Partnerships Supporting innovation in the field of higher education”, (http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/opportunities-for-organisations/innovation-good-practices/strategic-partnerships_en).

The main objective of the “TRIANGLE 2020” project is to increase the capacity of European higher education institutions (university colleges offering professional bachelor programmes) to implement an efficiently working knowledge triangle at the level of these institutions. This will lead to a better integration of applied research results and innovative practices into the educational offer on one hand and a more successful market introduction of products and services resulting from applied research on the other hand. In order to reach this objective, this consortium will develop tools and test pilot concepts that allow university colleges all over Europe to make their institutional knowledge triangle work.

Types of partners sought: Higher Education Institutions (University Colleges) with competences and expertise in applied research (TRL > 4), especially experts regarding applied research policy at the institutional level and initiators of innovative knowledge triangle good practices. Public authorities or employers’ organizations experienced with innovative cooperation with education and research are also qualified for the project development.

Deadline for proposal submission: 29 March 2017
