Partner search under the Erasmus+
The University of Wolverhampton, in the United Kingdom, is looking for partners in order to submit a project proposal under the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships in the field of education http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/opportunities-for-organisations/innovation-good-practices/strategic-partnerships_en.
The project “Building Regional and European Capacity in Manufacturing Knowledge Clusters”
aims to facilitate knowledge transfer processes, and to identify the
growth barriers of those organisations engaged in manufacturing
activities. The project will enhance the sector-specific training
provision, and develop VET business partnerships so that local
businesses can access the local pool of apprentices. A European network
of manufacturers will be created that would act as a vehicle for
international trade purposes, and hence, stimulate the local and
regional economies.
Types of partners sought:
Ideally representing industry - academia – local governments (either
single entities, either collaborations of ie manufacturing private actor
- HE institution – local chamber of commerce). Min. 3 partners from 3
different programme countries.
Deadline for proposal submission: 29 March 2017
