Partner search under the Horizon 2020

 

The Government of Navarra, in Spain, is looking for partners in order to submit a project proposal under the Horizon 2020 programme, Call on Earth Observation, within the topic EO Big Data Shift - EO-2-2017  http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/desktop/en/opportunities/h2020/topics/eo-2-2017.html.     

 

The project “Geospatial/territory information - Enhancing decision making and planning capacities using advanced information analysis and modelling services” will provide advanced information analysis and modelling services based on geospatial/territory data and information (historical and current). The aim is to team with other regions and companies in order to cooperate, share knowledge and practices, and provide real end user scenarios capable of demonstrating the benefits of using and processing large volumes of EO data and information together with Big Data and Data Analysis Technologies for the development of advanced decision making and planning capabilities.

 

Types of partners sought: Partners who can develop solutions in the following areas: Agricultural production analysis and estimates using historical production and environmental information; analysis of soils usage; emergency risk management based on historic events; emergency event modelling and analysis for emergency planning services; anomaly detection of observations which do not conform to an expected periodic pattern of behaviour; implementation solution and platform for storing, managing and processing very high volume data.

 

Deadline for proposal submission: 1 March 2017
