Partner search under the Erasmus+ KA 2: Strategic Partnerships
The Cyprus University of Technology, is looking for partners in order to submit a project proposal under the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/opportunities-for-organisations/innovation-good-practices/strategic-partnerships_en.
The project “INTELLIGENCE: enhancINg 21sT cEntury skiLLs In hiGher EducatioN language CentrEs” has
been designed to keep higher education language instructors up to date
with the 21st Century Skills movement. The proposed project will focus
on in-service language instructor training and continuous professional
development in exploring of 21st century skills, specifically in what is
known as the “5Cs”: Communication, Collaboration, Creativity &
Innovation, Critical thinking, and Cross-cultural awareness.
Furthermore, the use of new technologies will be encompassed as it is a
component which encourage the development of digital competence, another
essential transversal skill to success in higher education, modern
workplaces, and adult life.
The
language instructor course will be carried out online and will focus on
participants from Cyprus and Spain with the intention of furthering and
expanding the course after the completion of the Erasmus + action.
Types of partners sought: Public bodies, private actors from EU countries.
Deadline for proposal submission: 29 March 2017
