Partner search under the Interreg Europe programme or Horizon 2020

Kristianstads Municipality, in Sweden, is looking for partners in order to form a consortium under the Interreg Europe programme or Horizon 2020 programme.

The project purpose is to develop methods and policy to support the use of Public Procurement of Innovation for energy efficiency, water technology, social and cultural services etc in connection with a new public swimming pool. Activities will likely include: identification of innovation zones in partners focus area, developing action plan and methods, reference seminars with regional and national authorities, execution of public procurement of innovation.

Partners sought: Kristianstads Municipality is looking for a lead partner foremost. Local and regional public authorities, research or innovation organisations etc with interest and responsibility for public procurement. The ideal partnership consist of a innovation organisation coupled with a regional or local authority. 

Deadline for proposal submission: 30 June 2017 (if submitted under Interreg Europe) or tbc depending on future calls (if submitted under Horizon 2020)
