Partner search under the Interreg Europe programme

 

The University of Cantabria and the Cantabrian Health Service-IDIVAL, in Spain, are looking for partners in order to submit a project proposal under the Active and Assisted Living Programme – Call: AAL PACKAGES/ INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS http://www.aal-europe.eu/get-involvedcall-challenge-2017/.   

  

The project “Interactive Frailty” aims to create a long-term cooperation network devoted to provide techniques based on ICTs to aid on the remote estimation of frailty of elderly people during they routine life. By analysing a wide set of features related to physical mobility and/or cognitive response, preventive analyses can be performed in order to allow an early detection on their deterioration and design new schemes to empower them through other solutions such as gamification or interactive living.

 

Partners sought:

·         Public and private scientific research, technological and innovation institutions, universities and other higher education institutions are eligible.

·         Research active industry, NGOs, and other institutions such as private companies, public institutions and other stakeholders involved in research activities, may participate in the project consortia as long as they are eligible for funding through national/regional eligibility criteria.

·         Technologic partners that can provide new ICT based tools to help on the quantification of frailty (understood as physical, mental….)

·         Medical institutions in order to develop and validate new schemes to the indirect quantification of different frailty indexes

·         Social entities such as: aging related networks, public municipalities, nursing homes… in order to perform pilot tests in different regions.

 

Deadline for proposal submission: 24 May 2017
