Horizon 2020 – Societal Challenges - “Digital Transformation in Health and Care” –
H2020-SC1-DTH-2018-2020
Objective and description
New
topics have been opened for submission of proposals under the Horizon
2020 Programme within the pillar “Societal Challenges”, under the work
programme “Health, demographic change and wellbeing”, within the call
for proposals “Digital Transformation in Health and Care” –
H2020-SC1-DTH-2018-2020.
This call aims at supporting
the management of health and wellbeing while empowering the
participation of citizens and facilitating the transformation of health
and care services to more digitised, person-centred and community-based
care models, thereby enabling better access to healthcare and the
sustainability of health and care systems.
The call for proposals refers to the following topics:
· SC1-DTH-07-2018:
Exploiting the full potential of in-silico medicine research for
personalised diagnostics and therapies in cloud-based environments (Research and Innovation Action)
· SC1-DTH-08-2018: Prototyping a European interoperable Electronic Health Record (EHR) exchange (Research and Innovation Action)
· SC1-HCC-01-2018: Supporting investment in smart living environments for ageing well through certification (Coordination and Support Action)
· SC1-HCC-03-2018: Support to further development of international cooperation in digital transformation of health and care (Coordination and Support Action)
· SC1-HCC-04-2018: Digital health and care services – support for strategy and (early) adoption (Coordination and Support Action)
· SC1-HCC-05-2018: Support to a Digital Health and Care Innovation initiative in the context of Digital Single Market strategy (Coordination and Support Action)
Eligible applicants
The topics SC1-DTH-03-2018, SC1-DTH-07-2018, SC1-DTH-08-2018 refer to “Research and Innovation actions”. For “Research and Innovation actions the eligible partners are: At least three legal entities established in a different Member State or associated country. All three legal entities shall be independent of each other.
The topics SC1-HCC-01-2018, SC1-HCC-03-2018, SC1-HCC-04-2018, SC1-HCC-05-2018 refer to “Coordination and support actions”. For “Coordination and support actions”, the eligible partner could be at least one legal entity established in an EU Member State or Horizon 2020 associated country.
Budget
Funding rates:
RIA Research and Innovation actions: 100%.
CSA Coordination and support actions: 100%.
Research and Innovation Action: 25,000,000 EUR.
· SC1-DTH-07-2018:
Exploiting the full potential of in-silico medicine research for
personalised diagnostics and therapies in cloud-based environments
Research and Innovation Action: 35,000,000 EUR.
· SC1-DTH-08-2018: Prototyping a European interoperable Electronic Health Record (EHR) exchange
Research and Innovation Action: 30,000,000 EUR.
· SC1-HCC-01-2018: Supporting investment in smart living environments for ageing well through certification
Coordination and Support Action: 1,000,000 EUR.
· SC1-HCC-03-2018: Support to further development of international cooperation in digital transformation of health and care
Coordination and Support Action: 2,000,000 EUR.
· SC1-HCC-04-2018: Digital health and care services – support for strategy and (early) adoption
Coordination and Support Action: 3,000,000 EUR.
· SC1-HCC-05-2018: Support to a Digital Health and Care Innovation initiative in the context of Digital Single Market strategy
Coordination and Support Action: 4,000,000 EUR.
Deadline for proposals’ submission
The deadline for all topics under this call for proposals is 24 April 2018, 17:00 (Brussels local time).
