Kanellopoulos is a Biomedical Engineer and Software Developer. He
studied Biomedical Engineering in Technological Institute of Athens, and
he worked in MEDISP Lab where medical image processing and analysis
invited his attention.
He has been developing professional programs since 1990 and his primary job is software development with MS Visual C++. For many years he worked as senior software developer in medical and technical software houses.
In 1999 he decided to develop his own DICOM software because he discovered that any other application available at that time, was very expensive and incomplete. He made his software available to everyone, and this software was loved from thousands of users around the world. His decision to devote his activities to medical imaging was influenced by his love in this subject and by the great success of the Sante DICOM applications.
His aim is to build high quality, advanced, and easy to use medical software. This aim is impossible without your feedback and without your valuable support.
