Horizon 2020 – Industrial Leadership – “Information and Communication Technologies” – H2020-ICT-2016-2017
Objective and description
New
topics have been opened for submission of proposals under the Horizon
2020 Programme within the pillar Industrial Leadership – “Information
and Communication Technologies” (Call identifier: H2020-ICT-2016-2017).
The call for proposals refers to the following topics:
· ICT-05-2017: Customised and low energy computing (including Low power processor technologies) (CSA Coordination and support action, RIA Research and Innovation action)
· ICT-11-2017: Collective Awareness Platforms for Sustainability and Social Innovation (CSA Coordination and support action, IA Innovation action)
· ICT-14-2016-2017: Big Data PPP: cross-sectorial and cross-lingual data integration and experimentation (IA Innovation action)
· ICT-15-2016-2017: Big Data PPP: Large Scale Pilot actions in sectors best benefitting from data-driven innovation (IA Innovation action)
· ICT-16-2017: Big data PPP: research addressing main technology challenges of the data economy (RIA Research and Innovation action)
· ICT-17-2016-2017: Big data PPP: Support, industrial skills, benchmarking and evaluation (RIA Research and Innovation action)
· ICT-20-2017: Tools for smart digital content in the creative industries (RIA Research and Innovation action)
· ICT-23-2017: Interfaces for accessibility (IA Innovation action, RIA Research and Innovation action)

· ICT-33-2017: Innovation procurement networks (CSA Coordination and support action)
· ICT-39-2016-2017: International partnership building in low and middle income countries (IA Innovation action)
· ICT-40-2017: Reinforcing European presence in international ICT standardisation (CSA Coordination and support action)
· ICT-41-2017: Next Generation Internet (CSA Coordination and support action)
Eligible applicants
For both “RIA Research and Innovation actions” as well as “IA Innovation actions” the eligible partners are: At least three legal entities established in a different Member State or associated country. All three legal entities shall be independent of each other.
For “CSA Coordination and support actions”, the eligible partner could be at least one legal entity established in an EU Member State or Horizon 2020 associated country.
For “Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) actions”,
the buyers group must contain minimum two legal entities which are
public procurers that are established in two different Member States or
associated countries. Both legal entities must be independent of each
other.
Budget
Funding rates:
RIA Research and Innovation actions: 100%
IA Innovation actions: 70% (except for non-profit legal entities, where a rate of 100% applies)
CSA Coordination and support actions: 100%
Pre-Commercial
Procurement (PCP) actions: 90% of the total eligible costs (PCP is
procurement of R&D services) to leverage co-financing from the
procurers

The deadline for both topics is 25 April 2017, 17:00 (Brussels local time).

Επιλέξιμοι υποψήφιοι
Τόσο για τις «Δράσεις Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας» όσο και για τις «Δράσεις Καινοτομίας», οι επιλέξιμοι υποψήφιοι είναι: Τουλάχιστον τρεις νομικές οντότητες
οι οποίες είναι εγκατεστημένες σε διαφορετικό κράτος μέλος ή
συνδεδεμένη χώρα. Και οι τρεις νομικές οντότητες πρέπει να είναι
ανεξάρτητες η μία από την άλλη.
Για τις «Δράσεις Συντονισμού και Υποστήριξης» οι επιλέξιμοι υποψήφιοι είναι: Toυλάχιστον μία νομική οντότητα εγκατεστημένη σε κράτος- μέλος της Ε.Ε. ή συνδεδεμένη με το πρόγραμμα «Ορίζοντας 2020» χώρα.
Για την «Προ-εμπορική Σύμβαση», η ομάδα αγοραστών πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον δύο νομικά πρόσωπα που είναι «αγοραστές του δημοσίου» από δύο διαφορετικά κράτη μέλη ή συνδεδεμένες χώρες. Και οι δύο νομικές οντότητες πρέπει να είναι ανεξάρτητες μεταξύ τους.

Ποσοστά χρηματοδότησης:
Δράσεις Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας: 100%
Δράσεις Καινοτομίας: 70% (εκτός των οργανισμών μη κερδοσκοπικού χαρακτήρα, όπου το ποσοστό χρηματοδότησης είναι 100%)
Δράσεις Συντονισμού και Υποστήριξης: 100%
Προ-εμπορική Σύμβαση: 90% των συνολικών επιλέξιμων δαπανών (PCP είναι δημόσιες συμβάσεις υπηρεσιών Ε&Α) για την προαγωγή της συγχρηματοδότησης από τους προμηθευτέςof
