Objectives and description


The European Commission, Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (Chafea), Health Unit has published a call for tenders for a “Study to support the assessment of the socio-economic impacts of potential future EU initiatives on HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis and tuberculosis” -  Chafea/2016/Health/04.

 

The objective of the study is to collect evidence and to provide an assessment and forecast of the socio-economic impacts of policy initiatives at EU level on the HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis and tuberculosis epidemics in Europe and support these forecasts with factual information.

 

Eligible participants - Minimum conditions


To natural and legal persons from one of the EU Member States and to all natural and legal persons in a third country which has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement.

 

Funding conditions and duration


The estimated budget for this service contract is 200 000 EUR.

 

The duration of the contract is 12 months and is not subject to renewal.

 

Deadline of proposals' submission


The deadline for submission of tenders is 21 February 2017.

 

Tenders may be submitted in one of the following ways:

1.     either by registered post or courier services. In this case the post office stamp or the date on the slip issued by the courier service will constitute proof of compliance with the deadline,

2.     or delivered by hand in which case a receipt must be obtained as proof of submission, signed and dated by the official in the Commission's central mail department who took delivery.
