Objectives and description


The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) EASME wishes to enter into a service contract for “Promoting online training opportunities for the workforce in Europe” - EASME/COSME/2017/001.

 

The goal is to benchmark public policies and stakeholders' initiatives with a view to promoting successful approaches to deliver new skills related to high technologies based on online education and training tools, and to foster the uptake of best practices.

 

The target groups are professionals, managers, leaders and entrepreneurs in SMEs (including start-ups and scale-ups) in all sectors that would benefit from online training to acquire and/or update their skills.

 

Eligible participants - Minimum conditions


To natural and legal persons from one of the EU Member States and to all natural and legal persons in a third country which has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement.

 

Funding conditions and duration


The estimated budget for this service contract is 500 000 EUR.

 

The duration of the contract is 24 months and is not subject to renewal.

 

Deadline of proposals' submission


The deadline for submission of tenders is 12 April 2017.

 

Tenders may be submitted in one of the following ways:

1.     either by registered post or courier services. In this case the post office stamp or the date on the slip issued by the courier service will constitute proof of compliance with the deadline,

2.     or delivered by hand in which case a receipt must be obtained as proof of submission, signed and dated by the official in the Commission's central mail department who took delivery.
