The European Commission has launched its latest call for proposals under what is known as the 7th EU Research and Technological Framework Programme 2007 - 2013, between known by the acronym FP7.
The call for proposals under this prorgamme that was published on July 19th last supports research in a range of different areas including in the fields of agriculture, food, fisheries, biotechnology, nano-technology, environmental sciences, climate change issues, health, transport , security and space.
Organisations from research, educational and private sector companies can participate within these funding programmes. There must be a minimum of three partners participating within any of these specific programmes to be successful.
